Yoga Flow Class
A dynamic (vinyasa) yoga class. We move with our breath, flowing with each inhale and exhale. This yoga flow class is perfect for those seeking a more active movement practice, where we’ll develop strength and flexibility as we raise our heart rate and even break a sweat!
Good for beginners and intermediates. (Modifications always offered accordingly. You might want to have blocks, a strap, or any props that aid your practice.)
