Yin Yoga Class

Mostly meditative, in the yin yoga class we hold poses for 3-5 minutes at a time and notice the sensations in body and mind. The aim is to stretch the connective tissue, promoting strengthening and regeneration of fascia, tendons, ligaments, and such; as well as relaxing the body and the mind by slowing down and observing our breath.

Perfect for all levels. Props needed (bolster, blocks, blankets or pillows, you can bring what you have).
