Slow Flow Class

This is a slow flow class (hatha yoga), where we’ll move with awareness in synch with our breath. Perfect for all levels.

Aimed at relaxing and strengthening through slightly longer holds and stretching.

You might benefit from having a few props with you such as yoga blocks, and/or a strap.


Currently I’m not offering live classes, but you can try a class from the library for just $5 CAD (buy me a coffee?)
